Educated in biomedical health sciences and epidemiology, raised as a SAS Statistical Programmer and moved to clinical data management. Took the opportunity to set up a clinical data management department (twice). From Clinical Data Manager and Head of Data Management to, since 6 years, owner of ProCDM.

Since my start in clinical research (1997), I am enthusiasticly involved in strenghtening the lines between data management and both its Suppliers and Clients (a.o. (Research) Nurses, Investigators, CRA's, Clinical Study Managers, IT representatives, QA staff, Statistics, Management Team and Medical Writing). Walking extra miles to write and present clinical data management strategies, user manuals, presentations, trainings and workshops.

I help people involved in clinical research to contribute their expertise to health (care). Developing step-by-step programs for comfortable performance and personal development. Team programs as well as individual programs.

Helping enthusiastic Clinical Research Professionals who are proud of their roles within (and without) clinical research. And whose specialities and perspectives together, strengthen people's health (care).
